For the small business owner or Chapter S Corporation with limited transaction needs, this is a simple, low-cost checking account. If you want straight forward checking with a low predictable fee structure, a no-fee balance option and a set number of FREE transactions each month, then this may be the right account for you.

Here's how it works:

• With an average balance of $5,000 or more in the account, there are NO monthly maintenance fees and you are allowed 200 FREE transactions each month.
• Or, if you prefer keeping a lower monthly account balance, then a low $20 monthly maintenance fee applies and 200 monthly transactions are still FREE.
• With both options, additional transactions over the first 200, are charged at a flat $0.25 cents each.
