who have limited checking needs and no other transaction accounts.
Basic Banking may be opened with a minimum deposit
of $25. No minimum balance is required and for a monthly maintenance
fee of $3, the account provides for 8 withdrawals per statement cycle.

- Is a resident of NY State who does not maintain any other transaction account with SBLI
- Receives direct deposit of a recurring payment
- Has limited monthly transactions
- Wants basic checking services
