State Bank Participates in Half Hollow Hills School District Third Graders Go to Work Program

On Wednesday, May 2nd, third grade students from Ms. Tomasides’ class at Vanderbilt Elementary School in Dix Hills visited the Bank’s Huntington branch. The visit was a result of State Bank’s participation in the Half Hollow Hills Central School District’s Third Grade Students Go to Work Program. The students were provided an overview of the many careers and banking in addition to a tour of the branch. The experience helped the students understand banking, the local economy, and the importance of education in a successful career.
